Acquisition of XM Services

Faceo Facility Management announces the completion of its acquisition of XM Services; a company which has substantial experience of delivering a diverse range of services from design to mechanical and electrical engineering, through to planned and preventative maintenance and turnkey project management.

Based in Dundee XM Services will continue to deliver engineered solutions to markets such as power generation, oil & gas, food processing, textile manufacturing, water/wastewater and many others across the whole of Scotland.

The acquisition follows our recent announcements regarding our acquisitions of Powertest and The Beaumont Group and will further expand Faceo’s market access, increase its opportunities for growth and strengthen its financial position.
