Arno Scholl – Facility Manager, Germany

My name is Arno Scholl. I am 58 and I have been working for Faceo Deutschland since 2002 as a Facility Manager on Goldsteinstrasse Cegelec site in Frankfurt.

I have worked on this site for nearly 30 years and began as an AGE Telefunken employee. As a project manager, I implemented various projects in Germany and abroad. In 1986, I joined the purchasing department , responsible for warehouse management. From1995 to 2002, other FM related tasks were added to my responsibilities.

When Faceo Deutschland was created in 2002, I transferred to Faceo. I was not exactly enthusiastic about my transfer into a new company. However as a result of the many changes I had already experienced , this was not new to me. On the contrary, I seized the opportunity to contribute to the birth of a new company and to operate as a Facility Management professional .

Over the last few years Faceo Deutschland has gown - new colleagues have joined us. We work together in an open atmosphere and with good team spirit.

I like working for Faceo and I hope that all new colleagues joining us integrate as quickly as I did and enjoy it as much as I do. I wish them good health, good teamwork and lots of success in their role.
