Faceo BENELUX, one of the leading Facility Management players in Benelux, is part of the European Faceo Group, which boasts a foothold in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Created in 1998 following on from the Alcatel’s demerged Facility Management services, Faceo firstly established itself as the leader in Belgium in the space of a few years by leveraging a business model in line with the domestic market’s expectations and implementing a rapid, balanced development process. This year, Faceo is gaining momentum in the Netherlands. As part of its continuous development strategy, the Faceo Group has acquired the Dutch company Delft facilities, which has been operating for several years now in the fields of facility management and technical project management relating to the infrastructure of its numerous clients. As a result, Faceo is now officially active in the country through its new subsidiary Faceo Nederland, part of the brand-new Faceo Benelux organisation. The Belgian business model will be used and further developed for the new Dutch subsidiary.

Bruno Rees – Managing Director of Faceo Benelux
Graduate of the ECAM – INRACI (electronics), Bruno pursued an international curriculum (executive MBAs from the UK, Japan, USA and Belgium). He joined the Faceo Group in December 2007 as Managing Director for the Benelux area. He jointly manages a Belgian Management Consulting company, i.T.Go, since May 2007.
Prior to joining Faceo, Bruno held the function of Managing Director at SIRVA ALLIED GROUP, company specialised in the Transportation/Trucking/Railroad industry. At Sirva, he succeed in changing an old moving family organization in a professional multinational and corporate customer oriented organization by promoting, implementing and supporting innovative management tools and techniques.
In the little spare time he enjoys being active in The Corporate Business Club «Château du Golf de la Tournette».
