Building Maintenance can be defined as the combination of preventative and reactive upkeep of building components (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, carpentry, painting...).
Faceo has developed and implemented a range of specific e-tools, including our own dedicated CAFM system, in order to deliver a constant high quality of service in all aspects of FM, including building maintenance.
