Faceo Facilities Management have won a multi million pound contract to supply Total Facilities Services to Chesterton, one of the UK’s leading property market specialists.

Faceo will deliver, manage and maintain all Facilities Management services to the 22 site Chesterton London estate. Faceo will provide reactive and Planned Maintenance, HVAC services and capital replacement, office cleaning, window cleaning, waste management, alarms and security, archiving, Health Safety and Compliance, statutory testing, PAT Testing, refurbishments, projects works and other associated services.

Chesterton has been at the forefront of the property market since 1805. They have strategically placed offices across London and have recently opened and office in Sevenoaks, all offering an unrivalled selection of properties to buy or rent. They also have specialist departments dealing with property management and international sales and consultancy, whether as a single or corporate landlord.
