Client satisfaction surveys
We regularly carry out client satisfaction surveys as part of the commitment to service and contractual quality that we instil in our teams.
These surveys are carried out by the Quality-Health-Safety-Environment (QHSE) department and record our clients’ perceptions of the quality of the services provided and the performance of our teams.
The results made available are completely transparent to our clients.
An analysis of the results enables us to determine our continuous improvement action plans signed up to and approved by Management.
