Our method for reducing costs

Faceo proposed and implemented a cost reduction policy through the systematic application of Financial Commitment Plans for its client, Alstom, at all its sites in France.

Using an initial fixed amount determined by identifying all the costs of providing the services transferred incurred in the year preceding their outsourcing (a cost principle called Reference Costing), Faceo undertook to reduce the direct costs and the variable portion of the indirect costs of the services entrusted to it.

Facilities Management : guaranteed significant savings

After several years, the reductions recorded for all the sites concerned exceeded the forecasts, particularly through re-internalising the technical maintenance, levels 1 to 3, which was done by Faceo’s personnel.
