Delft Facilities: Acquisition in the Netherlands

Faceo Nederland BV announces that as of this 9 June it now owns the shares of Delft Facilities BV, Delft Facilities Communication Services BV and Delft Facilities Projects BV.

This acquisition gives Faceo Nederland BV a strategic position in the Dutch facilities market, a market that is seeing very strong growth. The acquisition gives rise to a strong market share with a substantial order book and considerable opportunities for expansion in the future.

Faceo Nederland BV is a subsidiary of Faceo SA, a European provider of Facility Management services with its head office in Buc, France.

The New organisation

The official management of Faceo Nederland BV will be headed by Bruno Rees the current managing director of Faceo Benelux. The management of Delft Facilities BV, Delft Facilities Communication Services BV and Delft Facilities Projects BV will be headed by Eduard Bruinink, the current Director of the Faciliture Group, and reports directly to Faceo Nederland BV.

Ambitions

The main objective of the new organisation is to combine forces, to establish a stable position in the Dutch market, and to extend this over a short period of time to a level at which Faceo SA functions throughout Europe.
