Our socially-minded response to sustainable-development goals
Employing people with handicaps in the field of Facility Management
Faceo Entreprise Adaptée (FEA) is Faceo’s arm in charge of Corporate Social Responsibility. It promotes employment for workers with handicaps across the services that we provide for corporate customers.
Supporting workers with handicaps
FEA has developed a tailored and responsible organisation that takes in, trains and oversees people with handicaps. Helping each one of them to successfully blend into a regular workplace where they can further their career goals is one of FEA’s top goals.
Direct recruitment in regular working environments
Honouring FEA’s social agenda also stretches to encompass promoting direct disabled-worked recruitment at Faceo customer firms based on contracts and provisions under the French law dated 11 February 2005. FEA has earned Entreprise Adaptée (Disability-Friendly Company) status, entitling it to share the associated legal benefits with its customer firms.
