Faceo Entreprise Adaptée (FEA), Faceo Group’s subsidiary, attended the Autonomic exhibition 2008 in Paris to foster employment opportunities for disabled workers in the Facility Management industry.
This event brings together all stakeholders involved in autonomy and accessibility improvement for disabled people – companies, social partners, and handicapped workers.
FEA has been involved in the recruiting event of the exhibition, where specialists of training, professional rehabilitation, and recruitment attended. As a real alternative for employment, FEA demonstrates its commitment towards disabled workers by recruiting them and plays a key role in promoting professional rehabilitation in ordinary work environment.
About FEA
Faceo set up Faceo Entreprise Adaptée (FEA) to meet its corporate responsibility commitments in sustainable development (social aspect). This company ensures that employment for disabled workers is fostered within the Facility management industry.
FEA developed a sustainable structure, specialised in welcoming, training and supervising disabled people; and aims at making successful each professional rehabilitation project within an ordinary work environment.
Compliance with FEA’s social mission is enhanced by promoting direct employment of disabled workers on Customers’ sites (under request): this approach refers to the French Law about Disability and Employment (February 11th, 2005).
