Eric Teyssier - Head of Information Systems, France

Eric Teyssier, Head of GMAO [computer aided management and manufacturing] at Thales, arrived at Faceo after being transferred from General Services maintenance at the Elancourt site.

At the time, he was worried and felt he had been passed over by the large company and dreaded his transfer. Then he realised that the change could have a positive impact on his career.

“Thales couldn’t offer me promotion in maintenance and general services. I then realised that I was going to become “productive” in a firm whose core business was general services.

Faceo trained me in its tools and its work. I discovered a different way of working, especially new ideas about quality, savings, development plans, optimisation of skills and Client Service. New professional opportunities presented themselves.

Two years after I arrived, I applied for an internal position. I was encouraged. I was appointed to the position of Head of Information Systems and Data Management.”
