Created at the end of 2000 by the merger of Thomson Gestion Immobilière (a subsidiary of Thales) and the FM business of Alstom Contracting (now Cegelec), Faceo France established itself as a market leader in only a few years with a business model that meets the needs of the market, a presence across the country and fast but steady growth.

A market driven business model

Faceo is both managing contractor and service deliverer, Faceo’s field based teams are composed of professional Facility Managers and individuals who are specifically trained to multi-task. As and when necessary, the services may be delivered through carefully selected preferred suppliers or alliances .

Fast, but steady growth

Faceo has grown at a rate of 12% per annum from a strong client base. Today our new clients are almost 50% of total turnover.

Present across the country

Faceo has a presence across the country. It operates through eight regions and one team that specialises in the management of headoffices. Faceo is a national operator with a strong local presence that guarantees optimum response.

Serge Clémente – Managing Director of Faceo France

An industrial arts engineer and holder of an Advanced Graduate Diploma from the IAE in Paris, Serge Clémente began his career at CGEE Alstom as a commercial engineer.


Between 1985 and 1988, hetook on the role of Operations Director, then General Secretary ofSopharma (a subsidiary of Sanofi). He was then appointed to the Management of Portier Dielhy where he worked until 1992.


He subsequently occupied various posts at Cegelec La Réunion, before becoming Branch Director for Cegelec Paris.


In 1997, Serge Clémente was appointed Department Head then Deputy Managing Director of Alstom Entreprise Paris.


When Faceo was created, Serge Clémente was appointed to the Board of the company and is responsible for Faceo in France.


He is keen on running and is in active training for the next Paris marathon !
