Faceo creates BuyPro

Faceo Group diversifies and creates BuyPro, a subsidiary specializing in procurement services supporting non-strategic purchasing activities.

As leading European Facility Management Group, Faceo already has a strong expertise in purchasing on behalf of its clients. Convinced that outsourced procurement services will grow rapidly in coming years, Faceo has strengthened its expertise by acquiring Socomatel, a recognized professional in this sector. Synergies between Faceo and Socomatel are resulting today in setting up BuyPro.

By putting together its own buyers and Socomatel specialists within BuyPro, Faceo Group offers an innovative, comprehensive and far-ranging solution that meets market expectations, from the simple provision of supplies to the management of non-strategic procurement portfolio.

The business model of BuyPro is based on the same principles as Facility Management: single point of contact and accountability, performance-based commitment on results, customer service culture, innovative information technology and proximity. With this new approach, Buy Pro aims at being rapidly one of the leading procurement service providers in Europe.

Creating BuyPro also allows Faceo to improve its range of facility management services: Faceo employees on site can now fully control the supply problem of "the last 100 meters”.

BuyPro managers are Jean-Pierre Del Fondo, Managing Director and Jerome Pierucci, Sales and Marketing Director. Philippe Martena, Executive Vice President of Faceo, chairs the Board of Directors.
