Faceo goes green

Faceo moved into its new headquarters located at 157 rue de la Minière in Buc, just outside Versailles, in mid-December.

Major renovation work has been carried out on the building in order to meet the company’s current needs and anticipate its future development.

The development programme implemented an eco-responsible approach, in line with Faceo’s commitments in terms of sustainable development. A strict delivery schedule was adopted in order to limit traffic. The materials used (paints, varnishes, adhesives, etc.) have all been awarded environmental labels. The limitation and recyclability of packaging were taken into account in the specifications.

For the company’s staff, the working spaces favour natural light, along with visual and acoustic comfort. All personnel are encouraged to adopt environmentally-friendly practices: individual dual-compartment bins to ensure selective waste-sorting, shared printers favouring recto-verso printing, etc.

With its new headquarters, Faceo demonstrates its capacity to make use of an existing building, simultaneously reconciling quality of working environment with sustainable development imperatives.
