YKS, from Istanbul, is since early 2007 Faceo’s partner. YKS is a subsidiary of Yapi Kredi Koray, a Turkish real estate investment company. YKS provides <strongs class="s">facility support services, notably security and housekeeping services, technical operation and management services, commercial building management services, and energy management.
Faceo and YKS have started cooperation on a mutual exclusive basis in order to develop their Facilities Management activities respectively across Turkey and Western Europe. Through this partnership, Faceo Group aims to strengthen and expand its already significant position on the European Facilities Management Market and to serve its customers in this country.
