As of January 2010, Faceo Germany, based at Stuttgart, takes over Wolfer & Goebel Building Technologies, located at Stuttgart as well.

Faceo Germany is a subsidiary of the Faceo Group, which developed since its foundation in 2000 very rapidly to the Leading Group in the European Facility Management market. Present with own subsidiaries in 12 European countries, the Faceo Group offers the entire scope of Integrated Facility Management services for industrial, commercial and municipal sites.

By taking over more than 40 employees together with the entire company equipment and car park, Faceo Germany improved its competence and performance in building related services and its geographic coverage in the southern area of Germany. The competence and experience of Wolfer & Goebel Building Technologies fits seamlessly into the existing Faceo scope of services. For Faceo, this take-over is one more important step in the course of further strategic growth and an increased geographic coverage.
