Facility Management Master Agreement signed by EADS, Faceo and Cegelec

On the 12th July 2006, EADS, Faceo and Cegelec signed a Master Agreement.  

This purpose of this agreement is to assist in the development of service activities which will be delivered by Faceo and Cegelec in support of EADS and its subsidiaries throughout Europe. The activities mentioned in this agreement are facility management, building and technical maintenance, engineering and industrialisation of new projects, soft services and security.

Both Faceo and Cegelec are signatories of the agreement. This will facilitate a better service integration of the two parties for EADS; their close collaboration should bring a greater value-added to EADS.

The agreement was signed for a 5 year term. It hoped that the agreement will further develop the close working relationship between the three companies who will now be able to develop future opportunities on a partnership basis.
