The vocation of the call centre is to listen to the users and meet their expectations. The Project Manager of Faceo’s eCenter goes evenfurther and provides innovation in computer processing solutions.
“I worked for ten years for one of Faceo’s suppliers. When that closed down, I was close to retirement, but joined Faceo, which was a dynamic, rapidly growing company, and worked in the eCenter.
I am in charge of the development and operation of the eCenter, and am responsible for its maintenance and extending its applications to the needs of users as they arise.
In addition to expertise in computer processing, we also keep in contact with our colleagues in the European call centres. At every quarterly meeting, I make a note of their requirements for development and specific needs relating to the use of the eCenter.
The job of the Project Manager of the eCenter is to establish a creative environment conducive to ideas for meeting need and implementing new computer processing solutions ; it is this aspect that encourages everyone to be more productive on a continuous basis and to find the most effective way of satisfying our clients.”
