Using innovative Information systems to provide Facilities Management services

In addition to its Facility Management services, Faceo is finishing the design and implementation of tools for Dalceo for an information system for Biocitech, a technology park that is part of the Sanofi-Aventis Group. The park is home to several life sciences companies.

After auditing the existing computer processing resources (hardware and software), Faceo used computer processing tools and met the operational requirements of the services provided to Dalceo.

For Dalceo, Faceo calculated the dimensions of resources needed for the operation of the business and implemented the equipment required (stations, network, firewall and other routers).

In all, more than 30 new stations were installed and connected to the Intranet network created.

Innovative Information systems for the end-users

Secondly, from its head office via its Global Intranet, Faceo deployed all the tools required by Dalceo’s team, including more than 60 people providing Facility Management to the companies in the Biocitech park. The tools used are : eCenter (proprietary helpdesk), Mainteo (Computer-aided Maintenance Management Software), Resao (Room Reservation Service) and messaging and Internet access.

Faceo will now deploy Planeo (Space planning application) and integrate Biocitech’s badge management system which deals with therapeutic innovation in life sciences.

A protected access portal between the Faceo network and that of the final client, Sanofi-Aventis, is being finalised, with remote access.
