Jean Michel Lenoir – Head of Engineering and Consultancy, France

Jean-Michel Lenoir had worked at Alcatel for 25 years in technical maintenance when the Group decided to transfer this function to Faceo.

He now has overall responsibility for the Facility Management business at the Marcoussis-Villarceaux site.

“My knowledge of the site and its installations and people enabled me to adapt to the change without worry. Because of the investment made at the beginning, I gained a new perspective and saw things in a different way.

It has now been seven years since I transferred to Faceo.

I feel I have been able to use my knowledge of the profession to the full ; I have gained in maturity and in my ability to handle relationships in a role in which I have been able to put my skills into practice.

As a consultant, I was initially responsible for catering to the needs of the sites and the head office.

Subsequently, Faceo kept its promise to promote me by appointing me Head of Engineering and Consultancy in the Technical and Operations Department at the head office.”
