Serge Clémente – CEO

An industrial arts engineer and holder of an Advanced Graduate Diploma from the IAE in Paris, Serge Clémente began his career at CGEE Alstom as a commercial engineer.

Between 1985 and 1988, he took on the role of Operations Director, then General Secretary of Sopharma (a subsidiary of Sanofi). He was then appointed to the Management of Portier Dielhy where he worked until 1992.

He subsequently occupied various posts at Cegelec La Réunion, before becoming Branch Director for Cegelec Paris.

In 1997, Serge Clémente was appointed Department Head then Deputy Managing Director of Alstom Entreprise Paris.

When Faceo was created, Serge Clémente was appointed to the Board of the company and is responsible for Faceo in France.

He is keen on running and is in active training for the next Paris marathon !

Serge Delon – COO

Holder of an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Logistics, Serge Delon is a graduate of INSEAD (Graduate Business School in Fontainebleau – Higher Course for Executives).

In 1989, after holding different commercial and managerial roles in the Thales Group, he was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of Thomintex, a subsidiary specialising in logistics and international trade.

In 1998, he became Chairman of Thomson Gestion Immobilière, a subsidiary company responsible for Group Assetand Facility Management.

On Faceo’s creation, Serge Delon was appointed to the company board of directors and has direct responsibility for Faceo’s international operations.
