Master agreement of facilities management with a telecommunication company

A giant telecommunication company entrusted Faceo with the management of 12 sites Facility Management services signing a European master agreement.

Reorganizing services through a services charter, implementing a performance measurement system and innovative reporting now enable a trustworthy follow-up of the activity over a European scope.

Facility Management at European scale

This master agreement was broadened to a further million square metres serving the needs of 20 other European sites. On this occasion, the new security offer of Faceo was added to the initial perimeter.
