Midland Heart Contract Extension

Following on from the successful award and service delivery over the last two years Midland Heart have now awarded Faceo UK a Facilities Management contract extension and increased scope to enhance the current service delivered.

This contract award follows the merger of Prime Focus and Touchstone to form the Midland Heart organisation. With the merger a number of new buildings have been added to the existing portfolio and Faceo will be responsible for providing all the office services such as Reception, Document Management, Post Room Services and general office duties. Faceo have also added engineering expertise to the team and will be responsible for Statutory compliance and PPM across a number of sites in the building portfolio.

The contract will be managed from the Rugby office with Keith House having overall responsibility for ensuring compliance and high quality service delivery over the duration of the contract. Keith is quoted as saying “Faceo are in an excellent position to help Midland Heart integrate the two organisations by merging the existing site services teams from both organisations” As part of the contract award Faceo will transfer Five long serving members of the Touchstone organisation under TUPE and will be the focal point for shared services in the enlarged organisation. The process is reaching completion and the new contract will go live on the 1st September 2006. Keith says “ the key to success will be working as a team, something Faceo are always keen to promote as people are our most important asset”.
