Mipim: the world's property market

Last week Faceo attended the trade fair MIPIM 2008 (Cannes, France), the international market for real estate professionals and investors, to promote our pan-European facility management services.

Next to real-estate investment, development and transactions, and building construction, the real-estate sector needs real operational professionals, like Faceo, to ensure a dynamic building management. Actually real-estate professionals are now familiar with the Facility Management industry, even if this business has very different degrees of maturity across European countries. With more than 1 000 sites managed across Europe, Faceo is particularly in position to address these country specificities.

Faceo was hosted by the Paris-Region Economic Development Agency (Paris Ile-de-France Agence Régionale de Développement). This agency aims to promote Paris and the Paris area internationally as a prime European business location. At the MIPIM, the Paris EDA coordinates and manages the participation of both public and private partners, who operate in the Paris area in the real estate sector.
