Assignment:

A Maintenance Supervisor is required to manage a small team of employees and subcontractors on site. You will take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance on site by managing the appropriate systems. You activities will include producing specifications for project work through to completion, ensuring all statutory testing is carried out and supporting the Facilities Manager with project management. You will also monitor costs on an ongoing basis for materials and will be required to cover for the Facilities Manager during periods of sickness and holiday.

You will assist the site maintenance team at our Raynes Park, Chessington and Weybridge sites with the general maintenance and upkeep of the sites. You will undertake various duties including painting/decorating, gardening and basic plumbing and carpentry.
