Christian Mayeur is an expert consultant in service dynamics, founder of Entrepart, a service strategy consulting company.
In his last book “Artistes et entrepreneurs” to be published in December 2005, he explains why Service is considered by Faceo as a major strategic variable which positions sites directors in core customer relationship.
The Faceo Institute professional seminars notably aims at rethinking colleagues’ assignment goals into a “Service entrepreneur” dimension. Beyond a basic service provider outlook, they give Clients “new solutions that internal Facilities Management services would never have developed at their own initiative”.
