Delegated management for facilities services
France Telecom chose Faceo for the delegated management of 3 sites in the Paris area with a variety of footprints between 10,000 and 30,000 m2.
Faceo France was entrusted with providing services, some of which relate to France Telecom “framework contracts”.
Property Management : management of real estate services
Faceo Property Management also manages some of the tenancy responsibilities at two of the sites, including : technical maintenance, security guarding, cleaning, upkeep of the green areas and the security installations.
In addition to Faceo Property Management and Faceo Facility Management France complementing each other, the eCenter was the decisive factor in the Client’s choice.
