As a property administrator, Faceo manages real estate on behalf of owners, investors or occupants across a broad spectrum of activities, including :

As a Delegated Contracting Authority, Faceo has control over new building, restoration and upkeep activity carried out on behalf of owners, as well as maintenance and compliance with environmental requirements.

Faceo PM has produced a Property Charter for the needs of multi-site owner clients, setting out rules, entitlements and obligations. This Charter is designed to facilitate relations between the various parties involved.
