Our solutions are delivered within result-based framework agreements, whatever contractual model is observed (" cost + fee ", lump-sum contract…). This global approach of European Facility Management guarantees you significant cost reductions by the establishment of progress plans. As an example, Faceo brought additional savings reaching about 1.5 million Euros to one of its European customers for 2007.
In order to meet its commitment, Faceo sets up a bespoke performance management system to measure by precise indicators (KPI’s) and the quality of the delivered service (SLA’s). This system evolves as long as the contract matures thus ensuring an ethos of continuous improvement.
