The Facility Management sector in Spain has not yet reached the level of maturity found in the countries of northern Europe. Companies offering the activities that encompass Facility Management come mainly from the growing cleaning and construction sectors. Faceo España therefore has all the competencies to lead this market : a Total Facility Management approach that « single-service » companies do not have and substantial support from Faceo which has proved itself elsewhere in Europe.
