Suitable candidates must have a mechanical bias with a very good understanding of HVAC systems and BMS controls. It is essential the successful candidate is a team player who is focused on service delivery. The appropriate person will be working within a site based team who are responsible for the delivery of a FM contract.

This role will involve the management of evening cleaners and day janitors of a 174,000 square foot building over 6 levels. You will also be responsible for training the cleaners using up to date methodology and bring an innovative approach that will add value to the cleaning service.

To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a Cleaning Managers position and have an excellent knowledge of modern cleaning methods. It is essential that you have a good understanding of Health and Safety, including COSHH, risk assessments and method statements. You will also have excellent communication and motivational skills and be committed to delivering a first rate service to our prestigious client.

Assignment:

The ideal candidate will carry out minor maintenance tasks, assist the multi-skilled technicians, manage internal moves and carry small repairs and decoration. You will also offer the highest level of support to the Integrated Service Concept and will be aware of all Health and Safety and other Statutory Regulations.
