Technical Maintenance at the MFIV

Mutualité Française d’Ille-et-Vilaine (MFIV), a mutual company managing about twenty Establishments including a clinic and seven dentists practices, wished to outsource its tertiary and biomedical maintenance business to Faceo.

As Christian Poimboeuf, MFIV’s Managing Director, explains : “We are in a period of quite radical change in our company management, and have a duty to manage expenditure on consumables and maintenance more effectively, as well as a duty to give priority to the quality of response given to users whilst adhering to the continuity of care.”

Facility management provides greater reactivity

For this purpose Faceo was chosen “to provide a more effective response to work. This system offers great flexibility with regard to variations in activity. It also enables specialist personnel to intervene.”

After 6 months of outsourcing, MFIV entrusted Faceo with the maintenance of its biomedical equipment.
