The call centre
Our call centre and online assistance enable us to process all requests immediately and to monitor their completion in real time.
Users’ requests can be made by telephone Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm continuously or through the Website 24h/24 (UK opening hours: 8.15 am to 4.15 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15 am to 3.45 pm on Friday).
After approval, the tasks to be carried out are handed over to our technicians and monitored until fully completed.
This process guarantees adherence to contracted time frames, instigates follow-up action depending on priority, ensures traceability and produces regular reports on activities and performance.
