Types of Site

Faceo provides its services to sites of variable size (20 m² to 365 000 m²...) , covering a whole range of business activities (from industrial sites including manufacturing and research centres and laboratories, and the commercial sector like headquarters and multi-site networks).

Contrary to common belief, effective Facility Management outsourcing is no longer beneficial solely to large sites. Faceo are able to rationalise services and offer best practice, to the economic benefit of clients. By sharing resources and competences between sites, a dedicated and centrally managed team can provide service savings and effectiveness to SME and multi-site businesses.

Faceo adapts to meet its customers' needs. On the largest sites, the Faceo teams devote 100% of their time to the customers' site where they operate, working "full time". On the smallest sites, the teams work on a "time-sharing" basis with other sites. In order to deliver best value for money, they spend a portion of their total time on site, but enough to ensure that the services specified in the contract are professionally delivered.
