facility management of InBev sites in Germany

As of June 2008, Faceo Germany was awarded with a contract for integrated Facility Management for all German brewery sites of InBev, the world´s leading brewery company.

This contract encompasses the integrated Facility Management services for 5 big brewery sites: Beck Brewery at Bremen, asseroeder at Wernigerode, Spaten-Franziskaner-Loewen Brewery at Munich and Diebels at Issum. For the next five years, Faceo is in charge of all technical and infrastructural services on the sites, including building maintenance, cleaning, security, reception services, catering, company or special services like medical officer, employee shops, etc.

A very important aspect of this contract was the staff transfer of approx. 42 InBev employees to Faceo. Due to Faceo's extended experience in such human resources processes, the transfer was conducted successfully and in a very smooth and friendly way.

The award of this contract in the presence of strong competition and with such a demanding customer is a recognition of Faceo capabilities and an important step for Faceo towards developing strategic relationships with global customers.
