Launched in 2000, Faceo FM UK Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Faceo SA - the product of a joint venture between Thales and Alstom Contracting services (now Cegelec).
Faceo has grown rapidly through delivering Total Facility Management to its client base throughout the UK. Our clients benefit from the added value of our fresh approach to their FM needs.

The Faceo model can vary according to our clients’ needs. We can manage as many or as few services as required, can self-perform or employ expert partners and are particularly experienced in dealing with organisational change.

Faceo has regional offices in Wrexham, Rugby and Glasgow, currently manages over 170 client sites and employs 470 Facility Management specialists.
Site coverage is truly nationwide and ranges from police boxes to 100 acre sites.

Chris Kenneally - Managing Director of Faceo FM UK
Chris joined the Faceo group in November 2005, having spent the previous 5 years as Managing Director of another leading FM organisation- GSH.
Prior to Faceo, Chris held senior Board level positions with York International, Carodon Plc and ADT Fire & Security Plc.
Chris lives in the East Midlands with his wife and two children and in the little spare time he enjoys watching rugby and motorsports.
